Meet The Founder
THE REALEST INVESTOR. THE REALIST REALTOR.
The Real Legacy of Tripod.

The Realest Mission
What Made Tripod & Legacy Real
At the heart of it all, I created Tripod Investment Properties LLC and
Legacy Real Estate & Tripod Design Inc. because I was tired of watching people
get left behind, misled, or misunderstood in real estate.

I've been on all sides of the table: the homeowner needing a fast, fair way out; the investor hustling to make numbers work; and the real estate agent trying to bridge the gap.
When I saw the games being played and the tricks being made,
I thought to myself, there's got to be a better way.

Tripod was born to create real options: to give sellers a way out without stress,
buyers a way in with clarity, and lenders a way to grow wealth with trust.
Legacy Real Estate & Tripod Design Inc. was born to serve those who do want
to go the traditional route – because sometimes, listing on the MLS is the best move,
and I'm honored to serve that path too.
The Realist Vision
How Tripod & Legacy Got Real
My vision is simple but powerful: to keep real estate human, honest, and full of possibility.

For sellers, that means no-pressure options – whether that's an off-market cash offer
or a traditional MLS listing, I've got your back.

For buyers, especially my investor community, that means more than just deals –
it means partnership. And when you're ready to list your rehabbed property
on the market… Legacy Real Estate & Tripod Design Inc. is here to maximize your returns.

For private lenders, it's about building real wealth, backed by real assets,
with a partner who treats your capital like their own.

At the end of the day, this isn't just about properties,
It's about people, purpose, and building something that lasts.

That's the real mission with the realist vision.

A Message From Me To You
I know you have options when it comes to real estate – but if you're here,
you're probably looking for something more than just another transaction.

My promise to you is this: to always be honest and to hustle with heart.
In everything I do, I want everyone involved to win – and if that's not the case, I don't do it.

I'm all about keeping it real while building a better future for everyone.
Life is just too short to not be the realest, and way too hard to not be a realist.
I truly look forward to creating a better life, a better world – and ultimately,
building a real legacy worth leaving behind for the next generation.
Let's make history together!
May Peace and Blessings be upon you,
Karen Haider

On a more personal note…
When I say it’s more than just business – it’s personal, I truly mean it.
Allow me to take you on a journey into my real life.

I grew up in poverty, watching my family struggle to make ends meet. And when two separate fires claimed what little we did have,
we became homeless. As a young girl, I lived in motel rooms, government housing, even homeless shelters.
Sometimes we stayed with my adult siblings who didn't have much themselves, but they always made room for us when they could.

No matter how much we struggled, our family stayed close. I remember flipping through furniture and appliance catalogs –
Sears and JC Penney to name a couple – long before the internet existed. I'd price everything out, write down the product numbers,
and plan my dream home to the tiniest detail. My imagination would run wild.

Coming from a family who worked in construction, us kids spent summers hauling wood, cleaning up job sites, and building clubhouses out of scrap materials. Even back then, I knew I wanted to be in real estate in some form – maybe an architect, interior designer, or agent.

I was blessed with a wise mother who taught me that family matters more than success, knowledge is true power,
and your character is worth more than any amount of money. Little did I know at the time, those lessons would come full circle later in life.

As I grew older, I got married, went to college on a scholarship, had a child, and worked multiple jobs to make ends meet.
I've been working since I was 13 – helping wealthy neighbors with chores, riding the school bus to their businesses,
waitressing through high school, even catching the bus from the shelter my mother and I lived in.

Life wasn't easy. Struggle was all I knew back then.
Naturally, I started to chase worldly success – the very thing my mother warned me about.
Or as she would say: "Mark my words, one day you'll see that I'm telling you the truth."

As an adult, I became what many might call "successful." I traveled to over a dozen countries,
lived abroad, owned multiple properties, and finally experienced the luxury I'd once only seen in catalogs.
No more price tags I couldn't afford. I had the lifestyle most only dream of.
But something was still missing.
Despite all the success, I felt a void – like I hadn't quite hit the target.
So I searched deep within myself, went back to my roots, and suddenly… it hit me.
Mama was right.

Her lessons came back with clarity. I realized that I had a burning desire to help people – a desire I'd buried while trying to help myself. That realization changed everything. I knew I could use my experience, my skills, and the lessons from my past
to build something that helps others change their reality and reclaim their future – just like I had.

That's how Tripod Investment Properties was born. A business rooted in purpose, passion, and people.

Let me share a story that's always stayed with me:

There was a young boy who spent his summers playing Monopoly with his grandmother. Every summer, she'd beat him – until one year,
after much practice, he finally started winning. He'd collect all the properties, pile up the cash, feeling unstoppable.
Puffed up with pride, he began to gloat, treating his grandmother rudely. One day, his grandmother said:
"Now take all the money, the deeds, the hotels – and put them back in the box. Game over."
Then she said:
"This is a lesson you should never forget. When life ends and the game is over, it all goes back in the box.
You don't take any of it with you. What people will remember is how you treated them – and how you played the game."
That story perfectly sums up what my mother tried to teach me – and what I live by now.
I'm truly grateful to be in a position to help others create new realities, rewrite your future, and build lasting legacies.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for letting me play a small role in your journey – and for being a part of mine.
Let's make history together.
Yours truly,
🩶 Karen
